This up-and-coming area has recently turned into a hot spot for the newer generations as well as for those in search of an authentic, multicultural environment. Close to Plaza de Tirso de Molina and La Latina, and just a five minutes’ walk from Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and all major attractions in Madrid. The apartment: This holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with no lift and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The tastefully decorated living area is equipped with a double sofa bed. The kitchen comes with everything you may need during your stay in Madrid. The sleeping area comprises an independent double bedroom and a twin that is located on a mezzanine floor with sloped ceiling (maximum ceiling height is 165 cm - suitable for kids only). The apartment comes with a full bathroom and a second bathroom with a washbasin, a toilet and a separate shower area. Free Wi-fi connection and partial air conditioning available in the apartment. The baby crib is subject to availability. Air conditioning in the living room. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT).
