This apartment is located right in the centre of Madrid, just a few meters away from La Latina metro station. Home to a great variety of bars and restaurants offering from traditional to innovative cuisine, La Latina is one of Madrid’s top tapas neighbourhoods. Perfect for enjoying a Sunday aperitif or shopping at the open-air flea market of El Rastro. The apartment: A beautiful and functional apartment conveniently located on the first floor of the building. The entrance to the apartment opens directly into the kitchen, which is connected to the living room. The kitchen comes with a washing machine, a dishwasher, vitro-ceramic hobs and everything you may need to cook comfortably. The living room has been tastefully decorated and equipped with a double sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of two beautifully designed double bedrooms. Both rooms are provided with a double bed and have access to their own private bathroom. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating in all rooms. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking facilities within 50 meters. The baby crib is subject to availability.
