Apartment: This apartment with capacity for 4 people is equipped with a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The room, bright and cozy, has windows overlooking the patio, so noise from the street is not heard. It has been equipped with a very comfortable double bed measuring 150 x 200 cm. The kitchen, with furniture and complete high-quality equipment, has a dishwasher, washing machine and everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. All the windows in the apartment have opaque blinds to give the rooms total darkness at night. The living room has a very comfortable double sofa-bed, a cot for babies and a living room facing the patio. The apartment has two Smart TVs, Internet connection and the possibility of accessing Netflix, HBO, Prime and other services with your account. The baby crib is subject to availability. To take into consideration: We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that there is a EUR 30 charge for late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
