This apartment is located in the city center, a few meters from the La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas of Madrid to go for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very varied open-air market. Apartment: This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with a washing machine, induction hob and everything you need to cook, and the living room, tastefully decorated and equipped with a nice sofa next to the dining room. This room has access to a very nice terrace. The night area has four double bedrooms, all with a double bed. It has three bathrooms with shower. There is Wi-Fi connection, heating and air conditioning. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park about 150 meters from the apartment. The baby crib is subject to availability. To take into consideration: We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT).
