In the open plan kitchen is a fridge/freezer, vitro ceramic hot plates, micro-wave, toaster, coffee percolator and fitted cupboards. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils for 4 people. In the bedroom is a double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps and mirror. Radiator. In the living room is a chaise longue/sofa-bed, dining table with 4 chairs, wall unit and TV (French and Spanish channels only). A glass door opens onto the balcony, with table and chairs. The balcony has a view over the trees of the commercial centre. In the bathroom is a bath with shower fitment, WC, washbasin and vanity unit with mirrors. Heated towel rail. Also available is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. This residential and holiday complex known as “Gran Reserva” is one of the best situated and most sought after in Empuriabrava, situated between the beach and the commercial centre, and only 5 minutes walk to the restaurants, bars and the beach disco. The architecture of this complex is designed to reflect typical Spanish architecture and looks just like a Catalan village, with flower lined walkways, communal gardens and a choice of 4 swimming pools set in well-kept lawns. Our apartment is situated near to one of the main swimming pools, about 100 yds from the beach. A security guard is in attendance all night.
