There is a private roof garden with views out to sea, fully equipped with a BBQ and also the "Beach House" with additional seating for relaxing out of the sun. On the roof terrace there is an exterior dining table with seating for six.
The apartment benefits from British tv, Spanish and German channels. ADSL internet is also provided for your use. Air Conditioning is available in the lounge and the bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. From the kitchen there is access to the private roof terrace via a spiral-staircase (it is also possible to access the terrace via conventional stairs, but exiting the front door of the apartment and taking a flight of stairs using an acces key).
Underground secure car parking for a saloon type car is also included.
Being only a 5-6 minute walk from the harbour, it is an ideal place to stay for a wonderful break in Estepona.
This lovely apartment is located only a five or six minute walk from the entrance of Estepona port, with its supermarkets, various bars and restaurants, and the night life. There are also internet cafés available if you prefer to use them (the apartment has WiFi available).
Car hire in this apartment is definitely not required due to its excellent location.
The apartment is also very close to Playa del Cristo, with its soft sand, shallow waters and beach-restaurants - ideal for children.
Estepona marina is about a 12 - 14 minute walk from the old town, with its pretty streets and traditional Spanish charm. In the old town, you'll find the main post office and various banks. There are also two cash machines in the marina if you need them.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
