When entering your private parking, the first thing you notice is the amazing view, such a calm and tranquil environment. Two properties on the land - an owners residence plus an independent rental property on the left with complete private amenities – An entrance porch where you can relax outside in the shade or sun - there are four sun loungers to get that holiday tan. On entering the property the kitchen is on the left, with an open concept lounge with air-conditioning (works on coins). This property offers British television (some, free view channels) and WIFI. There is a family bathroom and master bedroom, leading off the living area - good size with built-in wardrobe and a king-size bed. On the right side there´s a smaller twin room with views of the private pool. The pool is round (about 4Mx4M) with roman steps for access and a maximum depth of 180CM. In the living room there is a DVD player and a CD player for your use. The bathroom is a three piece with a bath tub. A BBQ is available and pets are not allowed. Definite recommendation for people that like to be in nature and do not mind driving up the country for seven minutes, further by car you are close to everything. Fantastic views and relaxed ambiance. Good for friends or family holidays. This wonderful property is located just 4KM above the town of Estepona. Estepona has attractions for everyone, you can find the Carrefour supermarket just down the hill. Shallow-water, sandy bays for the youngsters and beach bars that provide water sports for the not so young! The town has plenty of restaurants, bars and night life. There is a Golf course close by that is called Los Almendros and you have a great restaurant not far from the property. Perfect for people that want to relax, enjoy the sun, sea, pool and who knows - do some yoga? Overlooking the town of Estepona and the Mediterranean Sea. Country side, overlooking Estepona and sea view In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
