Details of the House

This charming fisherman’s cottage is a great place to stay when spending a holiday in Estepona. It is just a few metres from the beach and close to both the town and the port. There is a parking space to the right of the house (not guaranteed but normally always available). The cottage has been fully modernised throughout. It has three bedrooms, two with 150 cm wide kingsize beds and a children’s bedroom with a bunkbed in it. The master bedroom is en-suite plus there is a second family bathroom. The modern kitchen is well equipped and the lounge area has a Smart TV with a good choice of programs. There is high speed fibre optic wifi internet . There is also a nice dining area for four people so everything if available that you need for comfortable living. Then…. The surprise comes… when you go up a flight of steps you gain access to your own large private roof garden. From here you have a fantastic uninterrupted view of the sea and the charming roof tops of the fisherman’s village in the other direction. You have sun full more or less from sunrise to sunset. There are also two large sun blinds that can be opened up to provide shade to nearly the full area of the terrace. Sunbeds and comfortable relaxed seating plus another dining area is also provided. There is also a nice solar shower in case you want to cool down or to wash off the sun cream. In front there is also a barbeque by the upstairs small kitchen area where you will also find a sink with running water. At night time pretty lights have been installed to make the area a lovely area to spend the evenings. The private roof terrace is a great bonus and you will probably want to spend most of you time in this area. We are sure you will enjoy this property and regular holiday makers will want to return in the future. This lovely three bedroom fisherman’s cottage is located just a few metres from the beach and sea in a narrow cobbled road between Estepona port and the town centre. It is one of the original fisherman’s houses within the grounds of the fisherman’s village. The house is very close to everything you need whilst on holiday. There are several supermarkets nearby including one in Estepona Port which is open every day from 8am to 2pm. There are also many many restaurants and bars all within an easy walk. There is a parking space next to the cottage and although it is normally always available for the house it cannot be guaranteed. Estepona is an up and coming resort which is improving year on year. The town is always packed with flowers on every street and the all the roads have become pedestrianised. The beaches are always kept nice and clean and the town hall spends a lot of time planting many Mediterranean palm trees throughout. Generally Estepona is a very pretty town which is growing bigger every year. IT is also a great location from which to go exploring as it is in the middle of Andalucía. It is very easy to go on many day trips from Morocco to Ronda by train or Granada (please ask us about this service when booking. Airport transfer and car rental can also be booked through Time in Spain when making your reservation to ensure the smooth running of the trip. Seaviews of Estepona Beach and close to everything In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
