Beautiful renovated penthouse apartment in Estepona centre with large terrace, ideal for small families or couples, within walking distance to the beach, located in the heart of Estepona old town. This fantastic property offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, a bright and modern living room with direct access to the exterior south-east facing terrace with town views and partial sea views. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and has a built-in wardrobe available for guests and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom offers a double bed with direct terrace access as well. There is a modern and fully renovated shower room available in the apartment, equipped with shower, toilet and sink. The lounge area provides a flat-screen TV with international such as Sky and videos on demand for free along with a high speed fibre optic WIFI connection. The lounge area is fully air conditioned and offers comfortable seating for four guests. The terrace of this apartment has an outdoor table with seating for four guests, plus two sounloungers. From here you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea, city and mountains. This lovely apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your holiday in Estepona. This charming two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the picturesque old town of Estepona. As soon as you leave the apartment block, you will find a few meters away the famous Antonia Guerrero Square, better known by the local population as "Plaza del Huevo", adjacent to this square you will find one of the main shopping streets of Estepona, Calle Terraza, from which you can walk to the famous Orchidarium of Estepona. The old town of Estepona, with its narrow streets decorated with traditional geranium pots, is well worth a visit. The main beach of Estepona and the closest to the apartment, Playa de la Rada is approximately 10 minutes away on foot, considered one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol, you may also choose Playa del Cristo, a five minute drive. Walking along the Paseo Marítimo you can reach the busy Puerto Deportivo de Estepona, famous for its bars, pubs and restaurants. It has underground public parking less than 100 meters from the property. Estepona old town, 10 minutes walk to the beach In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
