This is a fantastic opportunity for couples and families looking for a relaxing holiday close to the sea! A modern and bright one bedroom apartment with air-conditioning located in the popular "La Fragata" urbanisation, close to Estepona marina. The property is tastefully decorated offering a relaxing environment for those looking to enjoy their holidays near the port of Estepona and the beach. The apartment has one good-size bedroom with a king-size bed, plenty of storage space and direct garden views. The bedroom benefits from a spacious en-suite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin as well as a large dressing room. The kitchen is fully equipped with new quality appliances such as fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The living/dining room has a dining table for up to four guests right next to the kitchen. In addition to a comfortable sofabed for an extra guest, it is equipped with a flatscreen TV where you can enjoy a wide variety of international channels such as Sky and a high speed fibre optic connection. Please note that the living/lounge area only has dark curtains and doesn´t provide blinds/persianas. From the living room you have access to the sunny patio with garden views and access to the communal areas and swimming pool. You'll find an outdoor table with chairs and umbrella where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner "al fresco". You'll also find communal sun loungers around the pool area for you to use. The urbanisation of "La Fragata" offers beautiful communal gardens with a great variety of tropical and mediterranean plants. Parking is on street and there is always plenty of public parking around the port. All in all, an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday, near shops, bars, restaurants and the port of Estepona. The property is located in the well known urbanisation of "La Fragata", very close to the marina of Estepona. Less than eight minutes walk, the marina of Estepona offers a wide variety of international pubs, bars and restaurants. In addition, the famous international market takes place every Sunday at the port, where you can buy some souvenirs from your holidays. The local market takes place every Wednesday and is also located very close to the urbanisation, less than 10 minutes walk. The charming centre of Estepona is approximately 15-20 minutes walk. We highly recommend a walk through the old town of Estepona, which still retains the taste and beautiful appearance of the typical Andalusian white town. In the town centre you can also find lots of tapas bars and typical Spanish food restaurants. There are two supermarkets less than 5 minutes walking from the urbanisation. The closest beaches are Playa de la Rada and Playa del Cristo, both with blue flags and about 10 minutes walk from the property, making it a privileged amenity for your holiday in Estepona. Estepona port near restaurants, bars and beaches In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
