The atmosphere of this adorable little townhouse reminds you of when Costa del Sol was still unexplored. The townhouse is located in the best position with the beach directly in front of you. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has shower, sink and toilet. The furniture has been modernised, though wardrobes, doors, kitchen and fixed items are from the time of construction. The kitchen is functional and has a dishwasher, fridge and freezer and a microwave. From the parking you need to walk a few stairs to get to the front line position of the holiday home. Entering the property you find the open environmental and cosy living to your right and the kitchen and interior dining table to your left. From this area there is direct access through sliding doors to a paved terrace of approx. 40 m2 with 2 sun lounges and a dining table for 6 persons. A staircase from the living leads to the master bedroom with 2 single beds of 90*200 and the bathroom with a bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet. In this villa you ‘feel’ the holiday atmosphere.
