A lovely and air conditioned two bedroom penthouse apartment, only a short walk from Estepona port on the sixth floor of the popular El Faro urbanisation with a communal swimming pool available all year round. It offers the most amazing views over the Mediterranean sea and Estepona marina. The holiday apartment has an en-suite master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed with direct access to the cosy balcony with a small outdoor dining area for two guests and awning for your morning breakfast. A twin bedroom with two single beds and a family bathroom with walk-in shower. The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed for a fifth guest, a flat screen with international TV channels in several languages including Sky and videos on demand for free. It also includes a high speed fibre optic connection with WIFI. A fully fitted kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, four ring cooking hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The apartment also provides a spacious private parking space in an underground secure garage. All in all, this is a very stylish holiday apartment that would suit two couples or a small family, looking for quality accommodation with amazing sea views right next to Estepona port. This penthouse apartment is located within close to Estepona port in an ideal location with retaurants, supermarkets, bars, cafes and shops. A popular beachfront urbanisation called El Faro. Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday. Close to beach, restaurants and Estepona port To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
