It is only a 10 minute walk from the beach next to Estepona marina and only 15 minutes from the town´s centre where you can find local commercial areas and spanish style tapas bars and restaurants. There are several supermarkets around the complex such as SuperCor and SuperSol, all within walking distance from the property. Estepona marina has a variety of restaurants and bars available and a beautiful promenade by the beach where you can take long walks, rollerblade or hire bicycles for the family. It is a 25 minute drive from opulent Marbella and Puerto Banús, where you can find more sophisticated restaurants, high end shops and an extravagant night life. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions.
