From the entrance of the apartment to the right you find a fully equipped modern kitchen. To the left you find the living with dining table for 6 persons and a sofa group with flat screen TV. From the living there is access to the terrace with outdoor dining for 6 persons. The staircase on the terrace guides you to the rooftop terrace with great lounge area and 4 sunbeds to enjoy the sun. The property is located near the main road and consequently there is noise from this road on the top terrace. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom provides shower, toilet and single sink. The other bedroom has 1 double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. The latter bedrooms have one bathroom to share with shower, toilet and single sink. The urbanization provides a gated communal pool and accessible from the street. The beach club of Villa Padierna is an exclusive beach club with high end standards. The supermarket Mercadona is just 1 km from the apartment. The city center of Cancelada is in 800 meters and walking distance as well. The cozy city center of San Pedro is in 7 km from the apartment and really an great area to have an evening stroll.
