This lovely townhouse is an ideal holiday home for families for up to six guests wishing to stay in the heart of Estepona old town, only a short walk to the beach and close to bars, restaurants and local shops. The property has been recently renovated and it is set in three levels. Three bedrooms, a family bathroom, a spacious lounge area, fully fitted kitchen, a cloakroom and a roof top terrace with recliner chairs. The top bedroom has an independent air-con unit and a double bed (140x190) with direct terrace access. The master bedroom on the middle floor has a king size bed (160x190) also with an independent air con unit. The third bedroom is a twin with two single beds however no air con, it only provides a ceiling fan. A renovated family bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this level. Downstairs you have the spacious lounge area with a large 55" TV with international channels including Sky along with a high speed fiber optic internet connection throughout the house. The kitchen is well equipped with a small dining area at the entrance of the house. We are sure that you will enjoy this property and regular holiday makers will definitely want to return in the future. The townhouse is located in a charming typical Andalusian street in the middle of Estepona old town. You have plenty of the old traditional coffee bars, restaurants, little supermarkets and charming squares all on your doorstep. There are plenty of narrow flowered streets with painted white Casetas in the general area. The beach is only a short seven minute walk through town with a long sandy beach with a good choice of chiringuitos (beach bars). There is a lovely beachfront promenade with several playgrounds and shaded seating areas which you can take all the way to the port where the boats are. The marina is also a popular area with plenty of bars and restaurants and is also home to the early morning Sunday craft market. The bull ring is across the road from the port where in summer open air concerts and cinema takes place. Most of the museums (all normally free) have also been moved to this location. Town centre, short walk to beach and bars In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
