A fantastic, quality apartment located on a first floor in the popular urbanisation of Bahia de la Plata in Estepona. This elegant family apartment, with its tasteful decoration, offers comfortable accommodation for four guests. The property has two large bedrooms equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes and central air conditioning. The master bedroom offers a comfortable, king size bed and also has an elegant en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with over-head shower, double hand basin, WC and bidet, it is also equipped with underfloor heating (only available during the winter months). The second bedroom has two single beds and a modern en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and bidet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and also has a small laundry room with a washing machine and mini fridge. The kitchen has a small breakfast bar for two with bar stools, which connects to the living-dining area. The spacious living room is very well presented and offers a dining area for up to six guests and a seating area with comfortable sofas and a flatscreen TV with a high speed fiber optic internet connection and international channels such as Sky. The lounge has direct access to the large south west facing balcony through the sliding doors. From here you have great views towards the inviting communal swimming pool and lovely gardens. The balcony is equipped with two sun loungers, an outdoor dining area for four guests and a relaxer/sofa area with comfortable seating for six. The community features two large pools with separate children´s pool and direct access to a secluded beach and promenade. The community also has a well equipped spacious gym, paddle court and spa including indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. A private parking space is also available in the underground communal garage along with plenty of street parking just outside the urbanisation. In general, due to the location and the qualitiy of this apartment, there is no doubt that this is the perfect accommodation for your family holidays in Estepona on the Costa del Sol. The urbanisation of Bahia de la Plata, Estepona, is in a great location just outside the town centre of Estepona on the New Golden Mile, just next to the well-known 5-star Kempinski hotel. Nearby you’ll find a small restaurant, a horse riding school and paintball. Estepona town is walkable via the new seafront promenade. Bahía de la Plata is without a doubt unique on the Costa del Sol. Its 257 apartments lie on a great beach side setting where the green areas are continued by the sand of the beach. The tropical gardens together with the beach create a magnificent landscape where the infinity pool fades out to the sea behind. Close to beach, Estepona centre and restaurants In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
