"The Old Thatch consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining seating for two guests, and a sitting room with TV and electric stove-effect fire. There is one double bedroom, serviced by a shower room and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed roof terrace with furniture, and off-road parking is available. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 1.4 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcomed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Old Thatch is a wonderful escape for a couple in Somerset. Note: There are steps down from the front door, unsuitable for those with limited mobility."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
