"Higher Putham Barn has one double bedroom and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. ThereÔÇÖs a kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, and a living/dining room with gas fire with woodburning effect along with a conservatory. WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside thereÔÇÖs a non-enclosed patio area and enclosed paddock area which includes grazing on three potential fields, and private parking. Two well-behaved pets are welcome with a supplement of GBP35 per pet per holiday. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop and pub in 0.9 miles. Higher Putham Barn is a delightful retreat in Exmoor. Note: There's a sofa bed to accommodate two extra guests upon request. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Please note: Contact us if you would like to bring more than 1 dog/pet. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
