"Beechwood is a single-storey cottage consisting of an open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for six people, and sitting area with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and two twins, serviced by a bathroom (165 Sq.M (1,800 Sq.Ft). Outside, there is a communal central courtyard with shared use of children's play area and table tennis room, along with ample off-road parking. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop in 2.2 miles and a pub in 2.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Beechwood is a lovely base for a Norfolk escape. Note: This property has a minimum stay of 3 nights. Note: Electric car charging is not allowed at the property. The nearest EV charger is at Tesco and Morrisons in Fakenham. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
