"Owls Roost is a terraced cottage in a purpose built village close to Falmouth. The property sleeps 4 people and has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, with a family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Open plan living area with large well equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting area and dining area. Outside is paved and communal lawn area. Allocated parking for one car plus visitor parking. Use of great facilities at the Village including a splash pool, tennis court and gym (not available until Easter 2021). Owls Roost is ideal for a family seeking pet friendly accommodation without compromising on quality or comfort. Please note: One well-behaved pet welcome. There is a charge of ú15 per pet per week.
Note: Sorry, no sign written vans or commercial vehicles are permitted at Pendra Loweth, Village of Gardens resort.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
