"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dining area with seating for two guests, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There is a king-size bedroom with ensuite loo and basin, along with a ground-floor shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, gravelled area and a picnic bench, plus a communal garden, meadow and orchard. Off-road parking is available. Within 0.7 miles you will find both a shop and a pub. Sorry, no smoking or pets. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Little Avalon is a charming base, ideal for a family retreat to Cornwall. Note: Up to 2 parking spaces available on request. Note: WiFi only on ground floor. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
