"The open-plan living space includes an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Freeview, and dining seating. There are three bedrooms, including two doubles and one twin, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is a patio with furniture and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel (logs for wood burner not included), power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This property accepts one pet, additional pets by prior arrangement with the owner, however smoking is not allowed. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and within 1.8 miles, there is a pub. Kerensa is a charming retreat in a great region of Cornwall. Note: Outdoor swimming pool is open from 1st April until 30th September, daily opening hours apply .
