"The open-plan living space includes an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview and dining seating. There are three bedrooms, including a double with en-suite shower, a double and a twin, serviced by a shower room. To the outside is a patio with furniture and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel (logs for wood burner not included), power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This property accepts one pet, additional pets by prior arrangement with the owner, however smoking is not allowed. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and within 1.8 miles, there is a pub. Newlyn is a charming escape, whatever time of year. Note: Outdoor swimming pool is open from 1st April until 30th September, daily opening hours apply . Note: Patio is not enclosed.
