"The Old Customs Pot consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for five guests, Smart TV and an electric stove-effect fire, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and a living/dining room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a king-size and a single, all with Smart TVs and serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, gravelled area, barbecue and furniture, a storage area for paddleboards, canoes and kayaks, as well as off-road parking for two cars and EV charging is available at an additional charge. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub and within 0.7 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Old Customs Pot is a lovely base for your next getaway in Cornwall. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
