"53 Pendra Loweth has an open-plan living space with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TVs. The bedrooms include a double and two twins, served by a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is a communal lawn garden and off-road parking for one car. One pet is welcomed at a supplement, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. A travel cot and highchair is also available. Choose 53 Pendra Loweth for a wonderful stay in Cornwall. Note: On-site facilities have seasonal opening times. Note: The shared splash/plunge pool is approximately 3 metres on either side with a 1.4 metre depth; it has a maximum capacity of 4 people at any one time. Note: Car charging points are available outside of the office next to the disabled car parking bay. Note: EV charging is only allowed at the proper installed chargers and not from this property. Note: Parking on the pavement is not allowed and vehicles so parked may be towed away. Note: The highchair straps on top of a dining room chair. "

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
