"Lake View has one double bedroom, plus a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. There is an open-plan living space including a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wash/dryer, coffee maker, a breakfast bar, and a sitting area with Smart TV, games, and books. The dining room/conservatory has dining table with seating for four guests. Outside, there is a non-enclosed side balcony with furniture and rural views, along with off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet welcome fee payable. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Lake View makes a delightful base for a romantic getaway with Falmouth. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Although there is a handrail, there are 11 steps from carpark up to property. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 150 GBP. Note: Lake is only visible during winter. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
