"Cottage Annex consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven, induction hob, fridge, coffee maker, air fryer, kettle, and toaster, with dining seating for four people and sitting area with Smart TV and sofa bed. There is a double bedroom, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and roadside parking. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are inc. in rent. Cottage Annex is a lovely base for a Cornwall escape. Note: Property located beside owner's home. Note: A few steps down into open-plan living space and a few steps down to bedroom. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 150 GBP. Note: Laundry can be done by owner at request and extra 10 GBP charge. Note: Can arrange to use owner's off-road parking space at request and 5 GBP charge."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
