"Tataramoa, a single-storey bungalow, consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, a utility with tumble dryer, a conservatory/dining room with seating for six guests and books, a dining room, a sitting room with books and Smart TV, a conservatory with board games, a children's games room with games, children's toys, and books, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a double, twin, and family room with double and travel cot. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front patio with barbecue, a non-enclosed private rear garden with patio, furniture, and hot tub, a football pitch, and ample private off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Highchair available. Enjoy a splendid retreat at Tataramoa. Note: Guests have access to fields around the property. Note: A few steps down from kitchen to utility."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
