The bedrooms all have TVs and en-suites and include a king-size (zip/link) and four doubles. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, several patio areas and furniture, and a private driveway for five cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.5 miles, a pub in 0.7 miles, and River Brathay in 1 mile.
