"Merry Bank consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link can be twin on request), and king-size, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a rear enclosed patio with furniture, plus garage parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a river, and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Explore the wonders of Cumbria with a stay at the lovely Merry Bank. Note: No vehicle access to front of the property. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
