"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, dining seating for three, and a sitting room with woodburning stove and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a single, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear garden patio, furniture, as well as roadside parking for one small car. Within 0.8 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Alternative roadside parking available on a first-come-first-served basis on Fisherbeck Lane. Note: Fuel for wood-burning stove available to purchase locally. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Pets are not permitted. Whisk your loved ones away to Violet Cottage."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
