A perfect combination of enjoying the Spanish country side, while at the same time having the luxury of the small scale touristic adventures nearby. The house lies in protected area, so it is quite and secluded. The house has recently been refurbished. Two years ago it was an old ruin and now it is a very comfortable holiday home. The house has fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. The house has large openings between the hallway, the sitting area and the dining room and kitchen, which makes the place very spacious, unlike many other Spanish houses. It also makes the inside of the house feel much more modern than the outside of the house may suggest. As the house lies in protected area, the outside of the house still has all the characteristics and the the atmosphere of an old farm, like many of the neighbours. The house is very suitable in summertime as well as winter time, as there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and central heating in the whole house. The spring and autumn are especially nice for golfers looking for a nice break. The island is very well known for the many golf courses and one of them, Val D'or, is only 8 km from the house.
