Details of the Villa

The house, with 240 m2 and located on a plot of 1700 m2, is ideal for family holidays. There are 5 bedrooms, four upstairs (one with double bed and en suite bathroom and the other three with twin beds) and one downstairs (with a double bed). All bedrooms are big enough to fit a cot. The two extra guests can sleep on two folding beds. Altogether there are four bathrooms; one downstairs, two upstairs and one outside. Three of them have shower and one has got a bath. The spacious living and dining room, with a huge table, is the perfect place to get together, enjoy meals and admire the views over the garden. There are two comfortable sofas where you can relax, watch satellite TV, surf the internet (WIFI) or just have a siesta. The kitchen is very well fitted and counts with everything you might need during your stay: blender, coffee maker, toaster, orange squeezer, kettle, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, microwave, cutlery, kitchen utensils and fridge with freezer. The laundry area (in the bathroom downstairs) has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room and some fans are available too if you need them. For winter months there is central heating, which gives a warm atmosphere to the house. Outside the house is wonderful! There are two terraces. One of them is furnished and it is the perfect place for breakfasts and meals outdoors (there is a barbecue too). The swimming pool, 10 x 4 metres, will let you cool down. You will also be able to sunbathe on the six sunbeds you will find around the swimming pool. The location of the house, in southern Majorca is privileged. The area is well-linked through road to most of the points of interest on the island. You will find many beaches and coves within a 12 km radius. Felanitx is 2.6 km far away. There you will find any service needed during your stay, such as supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, health centre, etc. Pets are up to 10 kg are allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. There is open air parking for 3 cars and 1 covered parking space. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
