Casa Xyza Casa Xyza is a modern family house in Ferragudo, with wonderful sea views. Ibiza style, elegance and sophistication is what you’ll find in this villa. In a few steps you can easily be at the beach (150 m to Praia Grande), and Ferragudo is only 15 minutes walking from the house. Restaurants or bars won’t be hard to find, at Praia Grande or along the fisherman’s harbor, in Ferragudo. Once you cross the bridge you’ll be in Portima~o, but you can also take a Taxi Boat at Ferragudo harbor, which will leave you on the other side of the river. Carvoeiro is also a very nice option. Only 3 km away from Casa Xyza, is the dream destination for golf lovers. Accommodation: 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, max. 10 adults + 1 baby The villa is equipped with a spacious living room and dining area, a modern open kitchen and 5 bedrooms, which can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults and one child. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom. The house is surrounded by different areas. A lounge corner equipped with a concrete bar and outdoor fireplace, a BBQ by the kitchen, and a large deck in the facade: the perfect place to have breakfast under the palms, with the Atlantic Ocean just in front of you. On the opposite side of Casa Xyza you’ll find the swimming pool, an outdoor douche and a deck area. There you can lay on one of the sun beds. The rooftop is definitely a must in Casa Xyza. Be ready to witness the most beautiful sunsets. Internet connection and a Sonos-sound installation are available for our guests. Even if the temperatures are quite smooth in Algarve, the house is very well isolated and has floor heating (except in the bedrooms). In the living room, you will find a big flat screen and a stove, for that extra comfort. The kitchen has a modern cooking island, a very spacious fridge + freezer + ice cube machine combo, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and some other kitchen basics. You will also find a washing machine. The bedrooms have double beds, which can be separated, and every bedroom has it’s own air conditioning installation and bathroom, with a modern walk-in douche and rain shower. All bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor area.
