"Sea's The Day is a house that consists of a kitchen/diner with electric double oven, electric hob, air fryer, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dining table for six, and breakfast bar for two, and a sitting room with TV and two sofas. The bedrooms consist of a king-size double, a double and a twin with TV. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and heated towel rail, and WC. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.3 miles, lake in 0.5 miles, and beach in 0.8 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, table and chairs, corner sofa, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. A stay at Sea's the day promises to be one to remember. Note: Double is only accessible from one side. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 350 GBP"

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
