"This single-storey, mid-terrace cottage has a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a table for six, and a sitting room with a TV, DVD player, selection of books and DVDs, and an open fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a child's bunk bed, along with two bathrooms. Outside, there is a rear multi-level garden with furniture, off-road parking for one car, and a parking space in the nearby car park. Within 1.4 miles, there is a shop, within 1, a pub, and within 0.1, a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but not in the bedrooms. Smoking is not permitted. There are low beams in the first double bedroom. WiFi can be intermittent. There is a steep bank at the rear into woodland, please supervise children and dogs at all times. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
