"Tegfan consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Smart TV, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms include a king-size, a twin, and a ground-floor twin room along with a separate bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and off-road parking for 2 cars, plus additional roadside parking. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Please note that this is a smoke-free property. Within 0.6 miles you can find a shop, you will find a pub within 0.5 miles, and a beach in 0.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. Tegfan is the perfect place for a memorable stay in Wales. Note: Garden is not fully escape-proof for pets. Note: Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Note: Logs for the woodburner can be purchased from the local petrol station in the village. "
