"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with dining seating for two people and an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a sitting room with a Smart TV with Sky, Freeview, DVD and a selection of DVDs. There is a double bedroom along with a shower room. Outside, there is a private front garden with a picnic area, gazebo and furniture, along with an enclosed back patio with a hot tub and furniture. There is off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.4 miles, you will find a shop, within 1.2 two miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. Two well-behaved pets are welcome at this property. For a romantic getaway packed with fun, choose Brook Cottage. Note: Guests are asked to respect the peaceful nature of the surroundings and refrain from playing music or making noise after 9pm. Note: The cottage has a property bordering on one side of the rear yard but you are not overlooked, the neighbour has a narrow alleyway between the two properties but this is only used for maintenance and is high-fenced for privacy. Note: Disposable barbecues are permitted in the picnic area to the front of the property. Note: In winter months, guests may prefer to drive the short distance along the A48 to the Globe pub, rather than use the public footpath. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am."
