This exclusive holiday home is located on the promontory of Zaro, on the island of Ischia, with an adjoining park of about 2000 m² and private access to the sea. In fact, through a private staircase of about 200 steps you can reach an area of the Zaro ridge with pebbles and stones, from which you can directly access the crystal-clear sea of the bay of San Francesco. The exterior has a vast park with gardens, lawns and wooded area, as well as large terraced areas with outdoor furniture where you can relax enjoying the sun of Ischia. The terrace / garden area in front of the living room is covered by a sliding curtain. From the house you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the sea of the Bay of San Francesco (about 80 m as the crow flies). At guests' disposal are outdoor tables with chairs, deckchairs and barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. The house has a wood-burning fireplace; air conditioning and heat pump are in all rooms. The sandy Beach of San Francesco is about 700 m from here and is one of the most beautiful on the Island of Ischia. It can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes (the road is uphill) or by car (about 1200 m); here you will find paid parking, equipped bathing establishments, shops, typical restaurants with fish and Ischian cuisine specialties. From the house you can easily reach the center of Lacco Ameno (about 2.7 km) with a beautiful promenade, high fashion shops, restaurants, piano bars and typical restaurants. Also worth visiting is the center of Forio d’Ischia (3.5 km) with the marina and the historic village, where you can rent cars, scooters and bikes. Nearby is the residence of the English composer Sir William Walton, with a park containing over 500 rare and exotic plants and an amphitheater where classical music concerts are held weekly. Nearby is also a famous thermal park. Unpaved access road ( 250 m).
