We are happy to welcome you to our home and to share that we are not only following the recommended guidelines but we hired the services of the Healthy Building Certificate (HBC) to train our cleaning staff, implement all recommended safety procedures and certify that all sanitation requirements are correctly executed. Our goal is to guarantee a safe stay for you, your family and friends by doing what we really like: making our guests feel at home! This nice and cozy 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms townhome accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. It is a wonderful home, located on the eco-friendly community of Serenity, just a few minutes from Disney and conveniently located to visit all the major restaurants, super stores and shopping outlets. It is beautifully designed to create the perfect balance between both a sunshine lifestyle and nature itself, with living and kitchen areas in an open plan to offer a feeling of real space and comfort. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertop and custom-made cabinetry and cookware for those who wish to stay at home and cook. All bedrooms are furnished with flat screen TV, free WIFI and local phone calls. This unit has a covered porch with a private pool (heating is an optional paid service) and reserved parking space just perfect for a family vacation, friends meeting or romantic staying. Im addition, you can use the club house that offers a great pool, fitness center, game rooms, lounging areas, covered outdoor seating and hot tubs, so you can enjoy the best of your vacation. Club house it is available, however we do not advise guest to open and use because of the risk for Covid19. Club house might have some additional Restrictions, and we do not responsible if operations hours change due COVID19.
