A spacious living room integrated with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen are some of the features of this property. For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Seasoning items are not provided for the safety reasons of our guest. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry with washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and parking and a cover patio where you will be able to enjoy a great view from the golf course. Champions Gate is a resort-style community with an incredible clubhouse including tennis courts, a restaurant, a big pool complex with slides, lazy river and kids splash pool, fitness center, beach volley, golf and much more! We are happy to welcome you to our home and to share that we not only follow the recommended guidelines but also hire the services of the Healthy Building Certificate (HBC) to train our cleaning staff, implement all recommended safety procedures and certify that all sanitation requirements are correctly executed.
