This spacious 2 story vacation home is a great place to use as your home base when visiting Central Florida's main attractions.There is ample space for your family and friends to enjoy a relaxing vacation without being cramped. This is a 4 bedroom home with Game Room and pool in the Four Corners community to impress and relax to the fullest!!! FLOOR PLAN All bedrooms upstairs /Entertainment area downstairs Bedroom 1---- Master Bedroom- King Bed with full bathroom Bedroom 2----Queen Bed with TV Bedroom 3----2 Twin Beds Bedroom 4----2 Twin Beds Half bathroom downstairs. ***POOL SPA HEATING*** There s a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and its a 2 day minimum. Please arrange in advance. ***BBQ AND GEARS*** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost) ***PET POLICY*** Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed. $150 Pet fee for each animal Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged ***PARKING*** This home fits 2 cars in the driveway and street parking is allowed.
