"Penmarlam Quay consists of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a living/dining room with seating for six guests and a TV and a snug with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double with en-suite bathroom and a double with en-suite shower room. Outside there is a private lawn and patio with furniture, and off-road parking for four cars. Within 1.8 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.7 miles, a pub and within 2.2 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome (at an additional charge) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Penmarlam Quay Cottage is a wonderful base from which to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. Note: No children under the age of 8 years old. Note: The driveway of the property is also suitable for a small fishing boat, with a slipway available."
