"Woodlands consists of an open-plan living space with range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for eight people, and woodburning stove, sitting room with Smart TV, and conservatory with furniture. The bedrooms consist of a super king-size (zip/link), king-size, queen-size, and twin (zip/link), serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room with washing machine. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. There is a garden with lawn, patio, sun loungers, and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Enjoy all this with a stay at Woodlands. Note: Travel cot linen not provided. Note: Drops in the garden - please keep children supervised. Note: Dogs to be kept in pet kennel when left alone in the house. Note: Gardener comes on Monday. Note: 250 GBP holding damage deposit."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
