Villa el Cano is a comfortable and spacious villa, located on a particularly carefully maintained large plot in the peace of the countryside, yet close to the city. The villa's yard has a large lawn, lots of plants, a barbecue and a wonderful illuminated swimming pool (8 x 4 m). There is a safe parking place for cars. Beautiful views of the mountains open up from the yard. The villa's 30 m2 covered terrace offers the possibility of dining and relaxing in the shade, if the almost always shining sun starts to feel too hot. The cozy villa has a space of 130 m2. There is a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room has a comfortable sofa, where you can enjoy the glow of the fireplace while watching TV. At the other end of the room there is a dining group and a well-equipped open plan kitchen, which is separated from the rest of the room by an impressive bar counter. The kitchen has e.g. dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, ice/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, etc. Two bedrooms have separate beds for two and the master bedroom has a double bed. There are berths for six people in total. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space for clothes. The living room and all bedrooms have an efficient air conditioner, which can either cool or heat the villa if necessary. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other has a shower cubicle. The villa has free internet access. Villa el Cano is the perfect vacation spot for a family that wants to have their holiday in the peace of the countryside, yet close to city services.
