Villa Rosemary is a spacious, very high standard villa located in the countryside, yet close to the town of Nerja. The tiled yard of the villa has plenty of space for a relaxing stay. There are sunny and shaded seating areas and a great BBQ with a large dining table next to it. If necessary, you can put a shading sun sail on top of the table. By the large 32 m2 (8x4 m) swimming pool, there are several lounge chairs where you can enjoy the almost always shining sun. The swimming pool is heated. If desired, the water temperature can be increased to 28 oC in autumn and spring. There is also a safe parking place for a car at the yard. Villa Rosemary has a space of 180 m2 and is stylishly decorated with high quality furniture. The villa has a living room, four bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room and all bedrooms have an efficient air conditioner, which can either cool or heat if necessary, so the villa always has the desired temperature. The spacious living room has two comfortable sofas and a television. At the other end of the room is a dining area with a fireplace. The kitchen has all the equipment a vacationer needs. There is e.g. dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc. The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and the other two have separate beds for five. There are berths for nine people in total. We can also arrange a bed for a small child for a small fee. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other has a shower. The villa has free internet access. Villa Rosemary is the perfect vacation spot for those looking for high-quality accommodation.
