"There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating for six and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite and two twin bedrooms, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a veranda with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, smoking is not permitted. Within 1.4 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles there is a pub. Indoor pool, golf course featuring disc golf for the family and gym. For a wonderful escape with a blend of country and coast, choose 13 Foxburrow Hang. Please note: Guests get 25% discount for on-site spa and golf. On arrival guests will receive a welcome pack from the owners containing complimentary produce. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
