"The living areas in this single-storey lodge consists of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric fire, and TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite WC, and a twin, along with a main shower room. Outside there is a wrap-around veranda with furniture and a side law, along with off-road parking for one car. You'll find a pub on-site, a shop in 1.4 miles, and Fritton Lake in 1.7 miles. Indoor pool gym and golf course. Sorry, pets and smoking are not permitted in this property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 14 Foxburrow Hang is the ideal base for a family in Norfolk. Note: The lodge rests on Tingdene Caldecott Hall Country Park, offering on-site facilities at a 25% discount. On arrival guests will receive a welcome pack from the owners containing complimentary produce. Please Note: This property can sleep a maximum of 4 including infants and children."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
