"T+À Gareg is single-storey with a double with en-suite bath and shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC and a twin with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. ThereÔÇÖs an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a dining area and a sitting area with Smart TV. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair is available on request. Outside thereÔÇÖs private parking for 3 cars and a wraparound garden with 2 x patio and furniture, outdoor shower. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.7 miles, pub 2.4 miles, Menai Strait 2.2 miles. Come and enjoy a much-deserved break at T+À Gareg. Please Note. The Owner only Accepts 7 Day Bookings in August"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
