This typical villa built in stone is located in the whereabouts of Gaiole in Chianti in the heart of Tuscany, on the green hills of the Chianti area, between Florence and Siena only a short distance away from the main tourist spots of Tuscany. The landscape is enchanting with vineyards clinging onto the hills and woodlands with oak trees, chestnut trees and holm-oak trees as well as picturesque hamlets with Medieval castles or Romanesque parish churches. The villa enjoys wonderful views and is built on three storeys, according to the natural slope of the land. During the restoration work, several architectural elements, typical of the Sienese Chianti traditions, have been retrieved, such as stone walls, ceilings with wooden beams and joists, terracotta floor tiles. Guests have the exclusive use of the swimming pool (6x10, 1.5m deep)(15/04-15/10 pool can be heated on request for an additional charge) with a solarium area, a sauna as well as the large garden with a beautiful gazebo where to relax in the open air and the built-in barbeque. About 250m from the accommodation, guests can go to a lake for fishing surrounding by animals living in the wild (cashmere goats, ducks, swans), to a small restaurant and a tennis court to be shared with the guests of another house, which is part of the same property. The villa has central heating, air conditioning and a laundry room (washing machine) situated in a room outside the villa. Included in the price are the baby bed and the wi-fi Internet connection. If requested, you can have cookery courses, ready breakfasts, a maid, a baby-sitter, wine tastings to be paid for on location. Access through 4 km of good unpaved road, cemented in the steep areas. Car park on the property.
